Transition Innovations Laboratories are solution cultivators. They nurture and grow solutions from their very inception until they root and flourish. These solutions originate from inborn seed ideas, which as getting grown, use and expand a set of infrastructure, partners’ network, and know-how. The part of this process that can be clearly defined and quantified is offered as services to third parties.
Please note that for 2025, the Transition Innovations Laboratories is almost fully engaged in the development of their inborn solutions. Nonetheless, reaching out is always welcome.
Design, Development, and Implementation of Prototypes
When you are concerned with the phrase “If I had this product/service, I would have more customers”, then we are here to find the solution together. A prototype is often an improvement on something that exists or an adaptation of an old solution to new data.
We can assist you build something from scratch and/or develop or modify a service and/or software. Below is a sample list of related services we provide so you can select regarding the Technological Readiness Level (TRL) of the solution you’re looking for.
Assessment, Evaluation, and Feasibility Review
You receive a report containing our assessment of the feasibility, implementability, and usability of the proposed solution. Additionally, the report includes a brief implementation strategy and an outline of the types of partners required at each stage. We may also include our own recommendations.
Implementation Strategy and Project Pre-Design
We develop a detailed implementation strategy for your solution and prepare the necessary pre-design documentation to effectively communicate the project to engineers, consultants, and subcontractors involved.
Project and Subcontractor Management
We oversee the execution of the implementation strategy and ensure that all deliverables from subcontractors meet the required specifications and standards.
Business Strategy for Exploitation and Promotion
We suggest additional ways to leverage your solution and either propose or coordinate the creation and execution of a tailored promotional and advertising campaign.
Turnkey Solution
In special cases and after thorough evaluation, we may undertake the entire process above, either as your subcontractors or as your strategic partners.
Scientific Consulting & Data Analysis
If you don’t have your own research and development department, we’re here to make sure you’re not on your own.
Whether you need expert advice but don’t know where to start or from whom to seek it, we can support you.
We can both extract insights from existing data and perform measurements ourselves.
However, we are not – and don’t intend to become – a certification laboratory. If that’s what you require, we can guide you toward the appropriate solution for your goals.
Evaluation, Opinion and Guidance
If the data exists, we will extract the information that interests you. If you are seeking scientific advice on a subject or solution you are exploring, you will receive an opinion report, which will include our assessments regarding the viability, feasibility, and usability of the proposed solution, as well as a brief implementation strategy with a list of the types of collaborators you should seek for each step. Finally, we may also include our own suggestions.
Measurements – Data Collection and Analysis
If the data does not exist, we develop the necessary software and hardware for data collection and/or install the required equipment. In the end, you will receive both the raw data and the extracted information. Additionally, we will guide you on how to obtain the necessary certifications from public authorities and measurement laboratories.

Business Consulting & Strategy Development
If you’re looking to improve your environmental and energy footprint or wish to integrate new technologies into your business but don’t yet know what you need, start with us.

Evaluation, Action Strategy and Guidance
We collaboratively draft a report outlining your actual needs and the strategy for implementing them. Additionally, it includes a feasibility assessment, a list of institutions and partners you may need, as well as potential suggestions from our side.
Preliminary Action Studies and Contact with Suppliers / Subcontractors
Beyond the report of actual needs and implementation strategy, we also prepare preliminary studies of the project in order to communicate the solution to the relevant institutions and designers / technicians.

We manage your subcontractors and partners according to the implementation timeline.
